Uploaded white papers stay within your Vercel Blob store and the derived embeddings live in your Supabase project. PrismaQ does not share data with third parties beyond the processors you configure (e.g., OpenAI for embeddings/completions). Implement appropriate access controls (SSO, MFA, RBAC) to ensure only authorized crew members can view or upload documents. Contact your administrator to request a data export or deletion.

Paid accounts (when enabled) are billed monthly and may be cancelled at any time, with access continuing through the end of the current billing cycle.
